Healthy RelationshipsDiscussion and activities to explore what makes a relationship healthy, consent, dealing with conflict, recognising unhealthy and abusive behaviour.
6 hours online/9 hours in-person, up to 12 participants
Coping With AnxietyExplores a range of coping strategies including grounding techniques, mindful breathing, managing unhelpful thoughts and relaxation.
